1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ywkkr platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services. By creating an account on ywkkr or using this platform, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

If you have read these Terms and do not agree, please refrain from using this platform. ywkkr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "User" or "You" — any person who is registered on or using the ywkkr platform.
• "Platform" — ywkkr's website, application, and all associated services.
• "Account" — a user's personal registered account.
• "Services" — online casino games, sports betting, and all entertainment activities offered by ywkkr.
• "Balance" — the amount of funds held in an account.

2 Account Registration & Accuracy of Information

When opening an account on ywkkr, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the funds in them will be forfeited. ywkkr reserves the right to investigate cases where multiple accounts are operated from the same household, address, or IP address.

2.2 Account Verification

ywkkr may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time for identity verification. Proof of identity (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address may be requested before processing withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the ywkkr support team immediately.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the ywkkr platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts or using the services.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

Use of ywkkr services may be governed by the local laws of your location. It is the user's own responsibility to be informed about relevant local laws before opening an account or using the services from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ywkkr by any method is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are:

• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposited funds will be added to the account balance after successful verification. ywkkr does not impose any additional charges on deposits, however your payment provider may charge fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur during the verification process or in exceptional circumstances.

4.3 General Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the account.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• In cases of suspicious activity, ywkkr may place a withdrawal on hold and request further verification.
• ywkkr follows international regulations to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ywkkr offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on the bonus amount is 25 times (25x), applicable only on the bonus funds — not on the original deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies once per person only.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in closure of both accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering requirements have been met.
• ywkkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 Cashback & VIP

ywkkr's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. The cashback amount is determined according to the conditions of the relevant tier.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By participating in betting and gaming activities on ywkkr, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that there is a possibility of losing the money you invest.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ywkkr ensures fair play across all games. Our gaming system is regularly tested to ensure that outcomes remain completely impartial and random.

6.2 Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• ywkkr reserves the right to void any transaction that occurred due to a technical error.
• Suspiciously unusual high-volume betting patterns may be subject to investigation.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, match results, statistics, and other information are provided by third parties. ywkkr does not guarantee the prediction of any match result, and all betting decisions are the user's own.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ywkkr platform:

• Assisting minors in opening accounts or playing games on their behalf.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate any software or system of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to conduct betting.
• Stealing another user's identity or attempting to access their account.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks against ywkkr.
• Any form of collaborative cheating on the platform.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and applicable legal action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 ywkkr's Rights

ywkkr reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If requested verification documents are not received in time.

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus funds linked to incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.
